The NHS Race and Health Observatory is led by a small team but draws upon a large and diverse range of invested international experts, including people with lived experience of racism and discrimination, clinicians, academics, activists, policymakers, lawyers, communicators, system leaders, and many more. We engage these experts through a series of advisory and working groups who meet regularly to guide our commissioning decisions, support us in influencing policy, and ensure that our outputs are effective.
