Assistant Director – Workforce Advisor
Are you passionate about improving workforce race equality in the NHS? Do you have a proven track record in leading strategic projects, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving meaningful change? If so, we want you on our team!
This role offers a unique chance to work at the NHS Race and Health Observatory, leading transformative projects that aim to improve workforce equity in the NHS. Working closely with the Observatory’s Chief Executive, Board members, and senior leaders, you’ll shape the future of workforce race equality initiatives and deliver measurable, lasting change.
This role involves overall responsibility for the Observatory’s workforce race equality programme to ensure programmes of work are robust, delivered on time, to budget, and to a standard for national implementation across the NHS.
