Senior Policy and Delivery Officer

About the role: 

As the Senior Policy and Delivery Officer you will be responsible for providing insight on key issues that helps the organisation to move forward with influencing work, including positioning on areas and topics.  This will also involve contributing to responses to consultations as well as other public statements which serve to further the Observatory’s goal of delivering ethnic health equity.

Business Manager

 About the role: 

As the Business Manager, you will be crucial in delivering the Observatory’s workplan. You will manage various tasks to ensure the smooth running of our business, contracting, and finance functions. Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Oversight and management of the Observatory’s Business Support Unit.
  • Developing and supporting effective processes for internal management
